To be fair there are some interesting mods for both of those. In addition if you play it right base game tibet can actually be somewhat fun. (just go fascist and join japa while trying to get yourself one of the warlords or communist china as your puppet enough manpower to do interesting things with)

To anyone wondering if warpath ( sponsor) i a game worthy of downloading, i would say yes.
