I was looking through high elo swain players in KR and found a player running Aery/inspriation and building Rylais into Evenshroud/Locket. I've been using it over the last 60 games or so and it's surprisingly strong
Let's goooo , that video just came up on the right time . I had enough of playing real * supports * ( soraka , nami ... etc ) because if your adc can't fking CS that's it . Then i started playing velkoz and xerath to make my own damage but i die a lot ( wich is my fault ) , But that swain look soooo fit in my situation . Take it from a former OTP Velkoz supp! if you are dying a lot then is your fault! Need more practice landing the E so you can escape most dire situations!
Top-tier puns right there Don't really want to nitpick a great video, but Swain's E is called "NeverMOVE" :D. I think the most difficult part of the ability is to hold it just enough to maximise the enemy's ensnared time and not to miss the soul fragment. I really hoped for the Imperial mandate mention. It's super strong on support Swain in combination with Rylai's. Against heavy AD comps you can ditch the Zhonya's and pick Frozen Heart instead.

Glacial augment is nice but kinda wasted when you buy Rylais anyways imo. Rylas + Ult + Ult R shockwave, + Everfrost + E aswell.... imo there is no need to go the glacial augment road.
There definitely are some people running moonstone and it actually works pretty well since Swain's Q is on such a low CD. I just didn't have a large enough sample size to analyze it here I'm sorry :/. But, definitely still worth a try!
@@BCawk The automatic healing effect is pretty negligible, the actual strength of the Moonstone is 30% of healing increase at the full ramp (5 stacks) that you keep up during ult. Still probably not as good as other options IMHO.
I personally feel like going conqueror on support Swain makes you lose a lot of early game power. It can definitely make you more of a threat in teamfights / midgame -- but that's up to your preference. I personally go electrocute and liandri's most of my games to get the best of both worlds lol
@@BCawk what i like with conqueror is that you can take Resolve with it with conditioning and overgorth for more tankiness , make you a very durable frontlane that drain a lot of hp from enemy team
Playstyle is pretty different. But, you should feel with swain you have more agency in lane if you can hit E's. I'd say go for it! He's one of my favorites
Yessir! Builds pretty much identical still. I will say some people like going mandate into rylai's which o didn't cover in this video. So play with the builds to see what you like best. Personally almost every game I'm going Liandris into Zhonyas into tank item. Or Liandris into Morellonomicon for healing heavy teams. Enjoy my dude!
Count your blessings you have not faced one. She is legitimately one of the BEST invading supports in the game. I average 2-4 assists before the 3 minute mark because his E is stupid strong.
I personally don't like it on support swain I think electrocute or glacial is better. But you if you do well early game it is a much better mid and late game rune. So up to you!
Good to see everyone is still sleeping on Swains most op mythic - Imperial Mandate You go Mandate > Rylais and everything you do creates the marks. Besides, Mandate has all the stats that swain needs, and is cheaper then Liandry
exactly 0 % cause Swain is a development failure, as a single champion extraordinary bad and useless, no matter how good the player is. Its the best champion to carry from Diomand to bronze elo in short time
