The blade works better if you move the drawbar back to the rear holes . It will be centered between the axles .

What color paint is that? What brand?

It is international harvester blue. Locally I got it in the brand Old 55 but it’s not a great paint. Around my area it is getting harder to find the IH implement blue so I used what I found.
