I think it is partly the community’s fault for how fifa is but if EA made it so that pace wasn’t so important in fifa and other stats were more valid then we would see more diverse teams in weekend league

The moment that I packed an untradable Varane I got suspicious, when I packed an untradable Martial I knew that my destiny was settled.

Of course it's EA, not the community. It's easy to explain. FIFA it's a meta oriented game. And there is low % of cards who match the meta. That is why you always know against what players you will face in almost every single time. If we will back to FIFA15 times when you needed Doumbia, Ibarbo and Gervinho or even silvers/good bronzes to destroy an full icon, TOTY, TOTS teams it will be different. But it's not that times, it's 2020, almost 2021 and 95% cards on the market are just useless if you want to compete with people. In that stupid game you can't even use prime moments Puyol! Because he has around 70 pace! An 80 rated Militao is just way better than Puyol. It's ridiculous. You can only blame EA because of everything is happening in this game. Why you should use Gnabry, Lewandowski and Sancho who are slow. And if you have slow players there is no other option... you must play slow possession rat style because you will be unable to outrun anybody. And if you have quick players you can play whatever you want. If you have players with 3* skill moves it will be harder to break opponents drop backs with one depth, because you need elasticos ect. There is only a few cards where you can play and enjoy it... if you have a good connection. If your connection is not good in FIFA even your Neymar or Mbappe will play like a bronze player, so imagine how bad would play worse cards in that conditions. So it's easy. It's not the community, it's EA.

I’m a gold 1 player, this week I have struggled to get silver 1 wtf I’m so mad put some much energy into this franchise and I am now fed up with the amount of bullshit is in this game, 1depth, strikers making big tackles, constant pressure, ai defending, same team every game, same tactics.

Literally just played my last 5 league games for the weekend and everyone single one had Varane Mendy Gomez. Fuck this game. No one is creative anymore with teams.

My 4 defenders are Marcelo Militao Tomori and Wan Bissaka, my midfielders are carrasco, Joao Félix Bruno Fernandes and Lucas, Strikers Iñaki and Rodrigo, and I have a lot of fun, I'm a constant gold 3 player, I only play 20 games a week

My starting 11 is : Pereira, Gomez, Sanchez, Robertson Jordan Henderson, Rodri, Rodriguez, Zaha, TOTW Kane, Son I try and make teams that I would like in real life rather than just following who everyone else gets. I never understand why nobody uses Kane. Such a high rated player who is not expensive and world class in real life. I score and assist absolutely loads with him, but people overlook him just because his pace isn’t high. I play in division 3 (started in division 2 after winning the 5 initial games that decide your division) and tend to get between 14 and 17 wins on weekend league. Don’t know if this is good or not, but when I’m at full concentration I feel like I’ve got a chance of beating anybody. I usually absolutely dominate possession and chances created and when I lose it is usually when I’ve been hit on the break a couple of times, despite dominating.

My friend has a team that cost about 3mil (he packed rashford twice and rttf sissoko) but still sits in div 7 and can’t beat me with Lucas Leica zouma akinfenwa Rooney and Diego Carlos

I had Gomes but it ruined the game for me, I now have a serie A team with Gervinho at Striker
