You use this approach to identify which canal is affected, then you use the Epley technique starting on whichever is the appropriate side based on which canal is affected.

OK try this fill a circular bucket with water and spin it left and right and watch the water carefully , it doesn't move with the bucket unless you keep spinning it continually , in this case if you spin your head contiuasly you will get dizzy because the water keeps spinning when your head stops moving :) hope that helps.

You have to find an experienced Audiologist or Doctor of Physical Therapy who had corrected many patients like you. Any of 6 canals can have the crystals in it to cause dizziness (3 on each side). Brain monitors the matchup of the 3 pairs on either side. If any pair do not compute, brain gets frustrated and reacts with eye twitching, thus vision/motion coordination problem. The more motion the worse reaction. Trying it yourself (diagnosing which of 6 tubes has the crystal) is not promising. Rotating the wrong sequence can worsen the problem (crystal going wrong direction). Luckily the most common problem can be corrected with the Epley maneuver. You can test which side is bad, by trying Epley Right first. When you hang your head backwards off the bed, your view will start oscilating. That is the one. If view is quite steady, then that is not the side. Sit back up, steady yourself, turn head Left and lye back down over end of bed, head sagging more (20-30'). Hold and look. If dizzy, that is the side to work on... continue and finish up the routine as instructed. You should feel a bit better afterwards. Not great, but bit better. Depending how far the crystal is from the opening, the more often you perform the Epley, the better it will get. In a week's time you should be good. NOTE: I got vertigo from working hours on end picking objects off the ground (down-up-down-up). So, limit leaning down/up repetitively as you recover. Also, ear infection/inflamation can put pressure on the vestibular system and nausea may not be Crystal related. Decongestion will improve it as you heal. Lastlly, too much salt or alcohol ingestion also contributes to the solution gradient difference in the vestibular system. Time can recover. These RU-vid articles are very helpful. They were a mystery not long ago.

How is this proof of a Creator? It can also be explained by selective evolution and random mutations. Remember that nature had 4.5 billions of years to develop this system, which is plenty enough for a system like this one, which is actually quite simple, just tubes with liquid moving in it... And yes a better sense of balance is a selective criteria because it allows for better survival in any environment... And if it was so beautifuly designed by a creator why does it have the imperfection of having the liquid continuing its movement after you've been spinning for a while, making you dizzy for a few seconds after you stopped spinning?
