Some indeed look Mediterranean in the Lower Egypt region (Northern) but Upper Egyptians like in the past are darker skinned today. Search Luxor Egyptian people you will see what I mean. They were indegenious unlike the Rhodesian British and the other European ethnic groups in South Africa. And just because they influence a part of Eurasia doesn't mean they were Eurasian. Phoenicians influenced Greeks in some areas they still weren't Indo European.
