I feel your struggle Bethany😩 I’ve had on and off again low back issues messing with my ability to progress anymore. Now I’m sick, but I’m going to keep going. I prayed last night for my back to heal up and to get on the path of breaking PRs again but I’m scared to push it. I wish you a speedy recovery too girl, I know it sucks❤
