I live in U.P west near Delhi NCR & I must say, the new infrastructural developments here are commendable in the BJP govt tenure, that we have never seen in other parties rule...With new expressways, rapid transits, flyovers etc, the other parities were ignorant when coming down to these development.

I'm a south indian and I have been to RSS shaka, it was not even in a city but in a town, they do lot of activities and they are highly motivated people, it is not a religious group, you might find atheists too, but their love for country and its culture is very religious
I have met some of the svyamsevaks in train, not actually 'met' I was in adjacent berth in train, these were kids, 14~21 age group, highly motivated, not a single person was spewing hate, in fact the kids were talking about what they can do for organization (RSS),to my utter surprise they appreciated Muslims for so disciplined in Ramadan fasts, and other things, that change my perspective about RSS. these are not blind fanatic people most of them have expectations and once they have done their part they will merge with society. my life would have been better only if I was this motivated for my career.

I have been visiting UP from almost a decade as my uncle stays in Purvanchal. A drastic change in infrastructure, industries, transport, tourist attractions, etc is rapidly increasing. My uncle suffered a huge loss in riots(2008) with frequent riots and tensions we were unable to visit them. It's been almost 3 years, the city have not seen any riots. He is very happy and we don't bother about travelling to UP frequent. Thanks to Yogiji and all associates who did this. Not a bhakt. Jai Hind ❤️🇮🇳

I am from rampur up! And I have also jonded RSS shakha, according to me it is really important to be a part of shakha, as they told you about your history. And the most important is, you will find yourself discipline, which even the modern day's expensive schools can't provide you.. I think knowing about your religion and history is not a bad thing. And because of them, many teenagers actually come out of their home and do some exercises and play sports. Otherwise today's kids only play online games. And even after this, people spread fear about RSS. I am thank full to RSS for making me discipline and making me known about my religion and history
Had to say that at the time of Samajwadi Party rule, UP was somewhat wild west. Gunda Raj was a very popular term used every now and then for the government. Law and order has improved, it is not perfect but it has improved significantly.

to be honest i don't know that rss is hindu nationalist organisation until few years back. i didn't even know what shakhas are. i visted rss once with my friend who regularly goes there in 5th or 6th class, we played games sung some songs. later they invited me to event where they told story of swami vivekananda. in 7th class rss came to our school and started teaching karre saamu(stick fight) to girls for self defence , some games and yoga session every saturday. later in 11th class i came to know rss does a lot of polarisation.

Frankly speaking the development i have seen in the last 5 Years is commendable . For e.g. if we take basic necessities like Electricity in governments before this we hardly got 3-4 hour of electricity a day and not at all on some day ( Exception: Electricity was almost 24 X 7 during Eid in SP's time ) . But now it doesn't matter if it is a normal day or EID ,Holi ,Diwali , Christmas we get almost 13-15 hours of electricity and i don't think i have to mention about infrastructure here. In some regions we are still lagging but hope we will sort them out. For those who are saying 14 hours electricity is so big for you then to tell you that i don't live in a city or big town either.
Not gonna lie Sangh Parivaar did something good for UP that most people don't give it credit for and that is reducing the caste based rivalry and making an unified Hindu ideology while other parties still keep on trying to exploit votebanks on the basis of caste. I still have my doubts though, with Covid having a severe effect on the state, I am waiting to see how Yogi fares in these elections. Wish the election was closer 😂

No offense but I think you got overly impressed with the methodology. Every single party including AAP prepare this way. But they will never be able to beat the BJP for the next 10 years at least as they are diametrically opposed in identity politics. Let me explain. Bjp tries to unite and create a Hindu identity othering minorities. Congress and CPI create a mixed identity("secularism") othering upper castes and the culturally Hindu. Regional politicians create a caste based identity and strike up local collections of different caste groups+ significant minority. Congress model is well past it's sell by date because the upper castes started recognising that even of they were over represented in the government, they were all Hindus who do not associate themselves strongly to the religion(Chidambaram, Kapil Sibal, Arjun Singh, Digvijay Singh). Further the institutions were placed against Hinduism in general (temples controlled by state, a muslim majority state wielding article 370, the attack on Ram janmabhoomi movement etc) and most significantly there was no common identity even between OBCs and lower caste Hindus let alone with other minorities. BJP on the other hand creates an assertive Hindu identity(others will call it aggressive). This is particularly appealing to OBCs and lower castes as the battle ground is between them and muslims. Further the political movent lends them acceptance and respect within the Hindu fold by not only giving them a role( the mahant of janmabhoomi temple will be a dalit), but credence to thier underrepresented historical figures as fighters against islamization of India. What goes underreported is the absolute ground swell of OBC and dalit support to BJP because the ambedkarite movement/ lower caste leadership offer only a negative identity(we are not Hindus, we want rights for everyone) vs the positive identity that right wing offers( your ancestors fought the Muslims/British, here you go take a leadership position/ role in society and reclaim your glory). Let's not forget Modi is an OBC, what kind of messaging is that? A pan indian upper caste following for an OBC leader. The only bulwark left is regional parties, who are getting attacked on basis of heredity. (That is why BJP appoints absolute outliers with no political pedigree like Yogi, Modi and recently Pushkar Singh Dhami). They allow heredity only where they don't have a footprint. Now secular and regional parties have two options, oppose the new hindu identity(instantly getting the ire of the new Hindu identity) or pander to the same( which only makes them a lesser version of BJP). How are you even supposed to win?

I as a Varanasi resident, can proudly say that, After modi in 2014, he completely changed varanasi in every aspect. Development skyrocketed, crimes lowered and people are really happy with the government and jurisdiction

As you talked about Avanti Bai Lodhi, one thing i noticed about bjp is that they are naming all the new projects under them after great leaders of OBCs , Scs and Savarnas , take an example of 17 new medical colleges all of them are named after lodhis, rajbhars, patels, khatiks , brahmins, thakurs . 1. We have Etah medical college after the name of Avanti bai lodhi, 2. despite the great protests from thakurs ,newly built pratapgarh medical college is named after Sonelal Patel ( kurmi) 3. Rajbhars of terai have been empowered by their great military might in Baharaich , also newly built medical college named after them Basically hinduisation of Mandal groups is going on in UP

@@nikhilchaudhary9123 yes we did, IT hubs are being made as of now... Recently a Japanese made Rudraksh auditorium was announced by the PM himself and not only that... We also got better roads with traffic lights and almost 24 hrs of electricity. We also got rid of gunda raj and people feel a lot more safe than before. Even our city got much more cleaned and organised than before. We even got one of the highest GDP out of all states.
