I didn't know Minar was used! I liked the card when I pulled it back in the day but I had no concept of what was considered "good". Exodia siding into a different deck basically, makes sense. Reminds me of how there was that Hero deck in 2012-2013 that sides into Wind-Up since a lot of the Spells and Traps could be interchanged and the Hero deck was light on monsters.

Lol one time my opponent used Delinquent Duo when I only had 2 cards in hand and they were both electric snake. The look on their face was priceless. Same thing happened when I once used a deck that mained 3 Neko Mane King. Opponent uses morphing jar, turn ends. Used to make so many fun decks back in the day. Even tho a lot of decks seemed to be "meta" there was still tons of options for different deck engines.
