For those who keep saying, this game take place before the original MW trilogy Infinity Ward confirmed that this game is a brand new separate revised universe of that trilogy meaning some of the charachter of those games will come back with a new background + story, (soo MW 1-2-3 isn’t happened) and so yes Ghost, Gaz, Soap + more old characters will returning in Modern Warfare 2 or be better called Chapter 2 🔥 And i love that infinityward give us that goosebumps chills moment when Capt Price said ‘There he is’ ‘Simon Riley’

Fort Knight sledgehammer was fired by Activision because AW boost movement cause games like IW and BO3 advanced movement to be hated plus the failure of WW2 costed Activision too much money.
