Recently I felt "upset", "restless" while I was sleeping, I woke up and shortly after (a few minutes) an electrical storm occurred. I associated my concern with the atmosphere filled with "electricity" from the storm. Without a doubt, environmental conditions affect us even when we do not realize it. Tropical and subtropical climates are prone to causing infectious diseases more than cold climates (I remember reading it once...).- It's complex, super interesting, it's good that you address the topic! Smart and interesting subject… I’ve been able to establish a correlation over the years with low pressure temperature and physical conditions such as muscle pain to arthritis to bronchitis My mother would call me a human barometer 😊
Very interesting. The only health warnings related to weather I see are for elderly people to try to stay cool in heat waves & drink more water. There is no mention of actual physical changes which occur, which would be helpful. And there are asthma warnings in stormy weather sometimes, but again, no medical explanation. There are sure to be many other medical reactions to weather changes - thanks for raising this topic.
