You are absolutely right! About their jobs...Justin said in the video before this one he quit his job. He took time off when his new baby was born and decided he didn't feel like going back to work hoping RU-vid would pay their bills. Garren quit a few months after when they (according to Garren) asked him to choose between working there and the RU-vid channel participation. Trey fired some guy he had just hired to work with him giving the job to Garren in the end.

In the previous video, they wrote that RU-vid got them "fired" from their jobs and then when you watch the video Justin explains he straight up quit his job just after his baby was born hoping to get rich on RU-vid.
