*They probably hire only fast food professionals that has had job experiences before and imagine this as a 18 year olds first job, they wouldn’t be able to keep up😭😅*
I hope not, its better to mold a new piece of clay than some that has already have bad habbits. They have 3 to 4 times amount of employees working a shift than the other restaurants.
Fresh potatoes freshly fried, yummy! We love you In-N-Out! Simple recipes are the best, no fillers, no confusing seasonings, just simply delicious, delightful and affordably amazing❤. God Bless and more success to your business.

It’s because their process is halfway to being good, since they only cook them once, they should cook at a lower temperature, that way they don’t come out as cardboard
In N Out is definitely better than McDonald’s aka McNasty and the biggest plus is that they don’t charge extra just to get the sauce but the only downside to In-N-Out is that if you want Animal Style Fries, you have to pay $2 extra just to add a slice or 2 of cheese
I just read an article saying why people don't like the fries...a chef said they don't soak the fries first. Clearly they soak the fries. Always have room for skepticism when hearing anecdotal information.
At the last restaurant i worked at served the old favorite russet potatoes. Here they are serving the Kennebec potatoes low on starch and sugar..so they dont look..burnt or old.The Kennebec looks fresh because of the low starch content and low sugar level. Im not a Kennebec fan..my preference is the lowly russet potatoes. Take your pick !!!
@@rojiroco hello. Please watch my Cuzzin Billy V on TV & my Cuzzin Mento Mele Apana On KINE 105 FM Both in the mornings. Mahalo Nui Loa From L.A. in n Out. So Ono ❤️❤️👍✅. I live by 5- of them. Since 1969.
I think i just figured out why they suck so bad. When the spin them like that it take TOO much moisture out of them. Explains why they are very cardboard like.
John Daly sorry to disappoint but I work there and when water is still in the fries and they are cooked they come out the same way they just make the oil bubble over and mess up the oil levels, after being spun they are still moist not completely dry.
John Daly Actually I believe the reason this occurs is when the starch content of the potatoes is very high and the raw potato rods are not adequately rinsed in warm to hot water before the spinner drying process. I would know, been working at a DFW area Texas Location for almost 4 years now and I gotta tell new guys this alllllllll the time haha
Okay my next question is how often do they change the oil and how old are those potatoes cuz they come out soggy as hell I'm eating french fries right now. Are like eating a beef steak I supposed to some bologna
It's kind of funny because I noticed people will eat the fries but they only eat maybe 10% the rest goes in the garbage you can't refill oil through the day with old oil even machines don't work like that that's why your French fries don't come out crispy I've had a considerable amount of people say that they are crispy and when they get them they end up offering them to me after I have complained about them LOL so now they just get the fries because it's traditional not really because they want to eat them after going to In and Out as opposed to Tom's or Kentucky there have been sicknesses only a mild case of nausea I'm assuming that the hamburgers save them from the fries and the fact that they didn't eat too much I am a corpsman in the Navy and that is a very bad way to feed people don't put Fry's with the hamburgers unless they ask for them charge an extra dollar so people will be more selective about whether they really want fries or not create something like a half order of fries and charge half price if you feel guilty I am also a scientist part of my own personal help prerequisite for corpsman it made the job a lot easier you already are on RU-vid and obviously you know how to use it look up what happens to oil if you do not change it for a week and you use it and refill it everyday I know a certain TV show that would love to have that particular scenario on air you can't have any type of food exposed to the atmosphere at room temperature ever unless freeze dried or dehydrated I am also a handyman I have seen things and heard stories actually to keep it real I have many qualifications but I only mention that in order to Enlighten you on my particular mental capacity RU-vid all day bro have a great day if the fries change I swear I'll be back I'm going to go back anyway LOL
slayer 1 mate you didn’t need to type a whole essay I know this is a bit late but I work at In N Out as one of the fry guys and the reason why some are soggy is because we don’t have enough fries getting cooked even with the maximum that we have getting cooked. So we have to pull the frys out early sometimes and why they may be a little soggy and as they guy said above me you can always get the frys well done
Because it was a giant potato that was about three times bigger than the regular potato. He had to use both arms to squeeze it and took three times to make it go through. 2:32
The spinning thing to dry the fries must be new, they used to just dry the potatoes on a towel. I have been going to IN 'N Out for nearly 50 years and I don't recall seeing a spinner previously?
They suck when they are old and age terribly but are not good fresh either. Animal fries taste great but that sauce would probably taste good on any potatoes.
Great straight from the potatoes!! Too bad their fries taste like crap. They just arnt that good. Even my kids hated them. Keep in mind, we order nothing but fries every where we go, it's something of a family tradition. Their burgers are great though!
Both are strong. In N Out fries are smaller, peeled, nothing special besides ordering them well done for a crispy fry or animal style, which is awesome but pricey. Five Guys are very good. Peanut over sunflower, taste better if not allergic. A bag of fries with salt from Five Guys might be better. I prefer their fries, but burgers I lean towards Out.
fb.watch/4d9pMUQGRy/ Don’t get me wrong I like McDonald’s but I just don’t eat their fries. I just found out you shouldn’t eat their fries if you’re vegetarians and this video claims there’s 19 ingredients and shouldn’t eat too much or you might not be healthy. Just watch and asking opinions (if you have Facebook).

In and Out fries are easily the worst in the industry. Taste like cardboard. And everyone says “no you got to get it animal style”. That’s just Elmer’s glue on cardboard.
The marks you see on it is potato skin that wasn’t sanded off we put it in a machine that spins it with a Sander like disk on the bottom but we leave at lease 20 percent of the skin left so have some brown crisps in the fry
