Bounds and skips variations. Bounds for height, then distance, then straight leg bounds. Skips for height and then skips for distance.

Power skips, depth jumps, single leg bounds.

um, Im not the big fun of bounds for distance or skips, as 2 guys under me said. the best are depth jumps(200-250ms ground contact time(GTC)) and drop jumps(140-180ms GTC) for top speed, but mostly drops as the GTC is more specific. and this is why: before every jump you can make the deep breath, forget about anything else, totally focus and by that achive 99-100% intent, while when doing fast bounds you dont have the way to get max intent. On the other way when training acceleration plyos should be more horizontal and you should get max intent by measuring every jump. So band resistance single broad jump for start, triple broad jumps for acceleration and horizontal quadriple bounds starting of 2-leg broad jump for acceleration are best 3 plyos for me but important to measure every rep. And dont forget to sprint, and to get max intent while sprinting there are 2 ways - meausure every sprint time - great for acceleration training as you can just record yourself from inertia standpoint to the finish and calculate but as long as you dont have special equipment you cant measure times on top speed training(you cant record yourself when you doing flys because you dont know exact time when you get over 1st line) so best way overall to get max intent while sprinting is sprinting with someone and bestly bet with the other person who will be faster. if you have friend who is way faster or you sprint with a girl etc. you can just give the other person/yourself a few meters headstart

Probably on a doping suspension and just keeping it quiet. Which is why he hasn’t ran in so long.
