Love the long video and explanations! What I'm wondering is how long would a build like this last before needing a refresh if it was being ridden more as a daily and 200-300 mile road trips, and using all that power occasionally?

Shout out to Chris! I can appreciate the patience it takes to show your math and explain things at length, and you did a great job in my opinion. I would have to watch this more than once to get it to all soak in, but you did a lot to make the details make sense. I was not expecting this, and it's quite a service. Thank you.

Definitely run the final drive chain conversion, I’ve left belts in every state on the east coast south of the Mason Dixon Line, only broke a chain once, accelerating during a multi vehicle pass in light but bunched up slow traffic (golden corral switched from lunch to dinner and ran all the old farts out) I hadn’t bought the button head bolts for the rear sprocket, the chrome hex heads grabbed the fleeing chain and it became a steel python, and the most effective rear brake I’ve ever applied by malfunction, at +80 MPH, I left a pair of skid marks for a 1/4 mile I had to buy a new chain, sprocket, button head bolts, rear tire, new seat, pants, and underwear (the 2nd skid mark 😱) the seat had a big ass cheek sized bite taken out of the genuine alligator skin and cushion, and wherever the rest of that gator skin was used the part next to the tail probably has a skid mark too, poor lady’s purse starts stinkin whike she’s in line at chick fil a’!

This is the content I have been missing lately; it's what drove me to the channel. I really enjoy this kind of content. I know each bike is a little different but for those of us wanting to do engine builds and upgrades can you guys start giving ideas on the cost for install? I know there would be variables but I think it would be helpful for those of us watching and wanting to do similar things on our bikes down the road. And for those of us maybe unable to get our bikes to your shop it would give us an idea on what to expect from other shops too.
