About us: We run an online Etsy shop where we sell mostly laser cut goods and files. At first, our business was mainly crochet and knitwear, but in 2020 we pivoted to strictly laser cutting. We really like the infinite possibilities laser cutting brings, and also enjoy coming up with my own unique designs. 😊 ----------

I love doing bulk ornaments every year. I’m a one man shop, and at the time I was running one machine, but my largest ornament order was 3,000 pcs. Love the journey!

Your videos landed me on glowforge and we’ve made good money these past 6 months but you’re right - bulk orders need bigger and faster laser. I make two high volume products. Glowforge takes 2:20 to cut a batch. If I could get a batch done in just 40min.. oh joy. Love our glowforge tho. Great way to dip the toes and easier learning curve I’m sure. Glad to see you’re enjoying the new laser!

I’m currently a Glowforge Pro user and now see that I cannot keep up with demand and need to invest in a bigger machine. I only started looking at the Epilogue machines. I haven’t looked into the other companies yet. What made you decide on Thunder? Thank you for your time. I fully understand that time is precious with our families and our growing businesses. 🙏🏻❤️

Hi Nikole! Thanks for watching :) We looked into a few brands before deciding on Thunder and what we liked the most about Thunder was hearing all good things about their customer service and the durability of the machine. We thought about Aeon but heard that it actually gets taken apart and rewired when it gets to the USA, which makes for a much longer shipping/delivery time. Plus, we weren't too hyped on their customer service when reaching out to them. We briefly looked into Epilogue but to us it seemed like Thunder had an overall better and well-made product. But that's just our opinion since we don't have first hand experience with other machines. Thunder has not disappointed in any regard and a definite workhorse! It's good to hear you can't keep up with demand just since that means you're doing well with your business! So I wish the best for you and your family, and let me know if you have any other questions.

Do you include samples, cold call or mail line sheets? Your kitchen is gorgeous btw, blessings to your family as you settle into your new home 🏠

These businesses actually reach out to us. We have tried cold emailing in the past, and that did nothing for us actually. Did not try calling. Word is slowly getting around in the community of what we do, but I know we can be doing more. Might actually hire a sales person in the future to help us out with that.

Great video...how long did it take to do 1 yeti tumbler? We are very limited on choices in my area for tumbler sales and really looking to push this in the near future

Thank you! The main logo took 5 minutes to engrave and the name on the handle took about 30 seconds.
