Titanfall 2 is criminally underrated

2020, I just played through the campaign and I can already say that this is the most underrated FPS out there.

It’s 2021 and if you’re seeing this comment the game is 10x better and is less than ten bucks on most digital stores pick it up, I’ve been addicted to it for 2 months now. It’s great 👍

Unlike CoD, Titanfall 2 actually made the grappling hook work and their movement system. It doesn't feel blocky and forced.

In my opinion, Titanfall 2 is an extremely underrated game.

My honest genuine reaction to Titanfall 2's opinion that still holds today: It is not a good or great game. It is an absolute MASTERPIECE of a game. The only game I ever purchased for $20 and felt I should have bought it for higher price in my gaming years.

Titan fall is the fps that sits in the back of the bar and waits for acknowledgement instead of seeking it out.

BT is one of the best characters ive seen in a game hes obviously a robot but he doesnt talk like one he learns sarcasm and other things and feels like an actual character who grows over time (Edit) The campaign is short but it definitely falls into the “short but sweet” category and the last few missions are some of my favorite campaign missions overall

When act man talked about how devoted respawn were to their fans it just made me sad knowing they left us for apex

Titanfall 2, the most underrated FPS game in the world...

I just finished this game on Master difficulty, first ever playthrough, kicked my ass hard and holy shit I enjoyed it so much, typed in " Titanfall 2 underrated" and The Act Man himself appears with a video I haven't seen, perfect way to top off beating what is now one of my favourite FPS campaigns ever.

The fact that this game bombed made me think this happened: EA: *Walks to Respawn* Eyyyyyyyyy Respawn! How's that Titanfall 2 project coming along? Respawn: It's going pretty good. Just finished polishing up the game of game breaking bugs and balancing issues. EA: Interesting...so, what about the MTs and DLCs? Respawn: Oh, the MTs are super cheap and only cosmetic crap, and the player won't feel needed to get them at all. And, the DLCs are all free when they become available. EA: Hmmm...Okay...campaign? Respawn: Singleplayer, playable offline, and polished enough to be good. EA: *Pauses before shooting Respawn's Laptop* We don't allow quality games here...release it between IW and BF1 or we won't publish it.

The only FPS campaign I’ve ever played that even comes close to how I feel about Halo.

My only disappointment with this game is that they removed the ability to customise the titan os. The butler was my favourite.

One thing that I really like about titanfall 2 is how you can’t run out of ammo so you can constantly stay in the action. That’s one thing I never see people talk about

One of my best memories of gaming in recent years was ejecting out of my titan, falling down, dropping kicking a guy right before I hit the ground, and watching him fly across half the damn map. I've never felt so satisfied kicking someone lol

This video introduced me to The Act Man and now I can’t even imagine not watching his videos

This was the first fps i played other than halo, this led me to believing all games were like it and setting the bar fairly high... boy was I wrong

When you hear a song start to play in a RU-vid video and then it just randomly cuts out for no reason at all you can easily tell it was edited out by the content creator for copyright reasons which is just depressing not just because it can take away from the experience but the music/whatever is being copyrighted can in many ways in the video it's being played in can be easy free marketing for the song/material that people can take interest in and search up

What's Ironic about your intro, is that Titanfall actually introduced those advanced movements to FPS.

Thank you for still remembering Mech Assault, Act Man :). It's such an underappreciated game, I'm glad some out there still give it the recognition it deserves.

That awkward moment when EA beats halo in campaign story

Was not expecting a mechassault reference, nice work Act Man

One of my favorite moments in the game was in the airship, when you have to take out the three gunners. I had a double take, but i had to aim to the side because it was a moving platform, and then i headshot two enemies with either bullet, pretty cool normally, but the fact it was only a shot you could make in that specific setting with the enemies sort of moving into your bullets. It was so rewarding to have to consider a different variable than your used to, instead of the enemies running they stood still, but it was the same as if they were, and whats better is earlier BT said its a lot harder to aim between two moving vehicles, which is what you have to do, and the fact that most games wouldn't go that far to have those physics on a moving platform, its amazing.

Titanfall 2's campaign ending was so sad Protocol 3: protect the pilot

The one review with hate about TitanFall 2 was some guy saying that they got rid of their bases saying there's no titans but he was playing Pilots V Pilots

I think easily my favorite part of Titanfall is how it treats everyone that plays it, newbies and pros. If you’re playing a multiplayer game on CoD or Halo and you’re playing bad, then chances are you are going to stay bad throughout the game. This is common with other fps games. However, for Titanfall, if you’re doing bad, then you have a chance to turn the tables by using your giant robot to mop up everyone. This is great, as it gives people a chance to get good and learn what to do to succeed. Also, the skill ceiling for Titanfall 2 is crazy. I’ve seen people do some incredible stuff with the movement mechanics in the game. People literally can go light speed, if they know what they’re doing.

i'm so proud of myself that i decided to join the pilots, i started playing it this year AND IT'S AMAZING i played campaign twice haha and I cried both times, it's literally one of the MOST underrated games EVER
