Is it really? End game keeps getting harder, and it has nothing to do with skill. If you don't have enough time to build to good teams then clearing it too much work.
I disagree. I don't think it is embarrassing. Abyss is not story related, we only stress ourselves trying to clear abyss for what, 100 more primos? If you can clear however high, that's good enough, it's not worth stressing over it trying to get the last star you need for just 50 primos. You do not get recognition for 36 starring the abyss, you will not get an award for all the sweats. Have fun! Don't stress yourself for virtual accomplishmemt that no one will praise you for, even if someone said finally you 36 started it, what's the point really? Except 50 or 100 more primos. Casual gamers like us will not get money or awarded for trying hard and being the best by 0.1% So why the stress? The most important thing and the point of a game is to have fun so build support ayaka for your dps mika and have fun just goofing off
Very helpful tips. I usually try to not stress too much about the Abyss but I do like seeing how much progress I've made on my account personally and the Abyss usually helps me gauge that. Insightful and concise guide as always! Looking forward to your next upload.
Basically, yes, all that is fine, the thing is we have to think so much that we'll still want to have a peek at how others achieve the 36-star abyss clear goal every time :)
@@ChargedCoin Now, that I basically obtained most meta characters, I have started getting 36 stars, and I still struggle a lot. In most part, this is due to lack of cracked artifacts. It is a miracle to get an elemental damage goblet with two or more CR and two or more CD substats, and even to have one with a single CR and CD substat roll is uncommon. And when you finally get a feather with CR/CD, it rolls into HP and DEF. So, 9 months of playing is just a start. And then I will start playing with team compositions.
for me i just go straight for ayaka freeze 1st half, and raiden national 2nd half. raiden does better against bosses and ayaka is strong against a lot of enemies. within 6 months of playing i can already 36*(with a lot of retries)
Thank you sooo much for the video!!! 💐🎉✨🌟🌈🤩 I'm currently trying to form a second team for the abisssince I've been stuck on floor 4 because I only had one. I'm thinking of using my main team: Alhaitham, Xinchiu, Kuki and Zhongli for one half and in the other use Yelan, Xiangling, Bennet and Kazuha for the other (though I don't know the rotation for this one yet) and maybe get Raiden (or Focalors depending on her kit) to have more power and variety (if I only get Raiden and have enough primogems left, I'll try going for Nahida for the same reasons, but there is no rush for her, especially since I've already lost a 50/50with her before 😂). I currently have about 80 wishes and counting to see what future banners bring 👍
Both seem like great teams already! Hyperbloom for 1st team, and second team's rotation is basically just use everyone's burst and have kazuha on field
Wonderful video as always! I do have a question, on what basis have you ranked elemental reactions? (Personally I've found overloaded and electrocharged quite useful for damage and their effects on enemies so I'm curious about the reason behind these rankings)
Overloaded isn’t too strong, and the fact that it throws enemies back is quite annoying. Electro charged while good takes time and isn’t good enough compared to others such as Spread/ Aggravate which deals way more damage.
DPS tier list and Meta List are not that bad to follow. Some people will say "play what characters you like", but sadly it's not like that. If you're struggling with the abyss then try to listen to this list. There's a reason why DPS like Hu Tao, Ayaka and Alhaitham consistently tops the list. Same as true to supports like Kazuha, Nahida and Yelan. They're just way too good to add in your team.
I didn’t say they’re bad! This video is mainly to teach people how they can make their own teams with what they have - but of course they can refer to the tier lists to help too! 😊
For those who are just starting to tackle abyss and maybe do not have all or enough characters built, what helped me in the beginning was to build one strong versatile team and then add on more characters to be able to adjust other teams to the content. For me that versatile team became Xiao, Zhongly, Bennet + flex char, on floors 9 to 11 this team just outdamages anything there is, so you dont have to think too much about all the enemy weaknesses etc. It does not mean you should not think of them, that is just a beginner tip. Then I built hyperbloom Nahida team, (Nahida, Raiden, Zhongly/Layla, Barbara) that decimates everything too. Yes, this is the easier way to do things maybe, but Im not great at building teams or rotations so the easier it is, the better for me. I am still to 3* floor 12 so I am trying to learn all the smaller things and tricks that are mentioned in this video. Takes time and practice for sure. Great content btw, thx!
Thanks for the vid! I noticed Kirara in Main DPS instead of shield. Found the Driver and reaction catalyst categories a bit confusing. Also curious about Reaction Tier List, mine is a bit different!
Ah yes, I called Kirara Main DPS cos her kit needs her to be on field to ram into enemies. For driver, it’s more with elemental infusion on the ground, while reaction catalyst is like kokomi with jellyfish - use it and swap out. What do you need to know about the reaction tier list?
@@ChargedCoin I think Kirara's intended to be played as a support, with the box form mostly for overworld. A bit like Sayu. If you just swap in and out, the shield persists, has a short cooldown and some useful constellations for buffs & application! The Tier List is just opinion I guess, but Melt in Top Tier was a huge surprise, because I don't think there's many characters that uses it well. Burgeon above Electrocharge and Bloom surprised me too. I also have Frozen lower because it's extremely conditional.
I would think so! He’s good for crowd control on small enemies if that’s what you’re looking for. If you’re looking to group enemies together/ buff, kazuha is better.
