🔸Mellow Approach to the kicker

🔸Short before takeoff (on the kicker) pull the handle to your back hip
🔸Push yourself actively out of the kicker
🔸Look around your front shoulder to initiate the frontside rotation
🔸Pass the handle behind your back
🔸Pull yourself around to complete the rotation
🔸Absorb the landing by bending your knees and ride away
