Key 🔑 points
🔸Practice flexing your board on the start dock
🔸stand in the middle of the starting dock
🔸weight onto your front foot
🔸lean over the nose
🔸wait until you get pulled forward
🔸push handle down and keep arms locked in
🔸when it feels like falling over push yourself out of the nose to get pulled up
🔸bring the handle back to your hip
🔸bend your knees to absorb the landing
