I will try 540. When I do tornado my chest is too close from my legs, I have to open it.

whats your instagram ? also any suggestion for relaxing my leg muscles when im kicking ? they are too tense and i cant keep my legs up beside having the flexibility to do so

For your 540 make sure your hips are turning while your kicking and you whip it so you can get it faster and easier
