Great vid lads. Everyone needs to own a kegerator. I've built several, and have 2 running, 1 at home and 2nd at my holiday home... I can afford a holiday home because I build my own kegerators and brew my own beers! 99% of coils are not in the rear panel of the fridge. Fridges used to have their heat exchangers external read of the fridge on the black grid mesh. With fridge manufacturers making things cheaper these days, the heat exchanging coils are run thru the rear and side panels of the fridge. This is to make thinner insulation panels and by slightly heating the side panels, stops water condensation on the side of the fridge. Not a good looks, particularly for the metal, finished fridge. If you've never hit a coil going thru the side of the fridge, it's because you've been very lucky. Maybe go buy a lotto ticket?! With most fridges, on a hot day, turn the fridge on and let it cool down. You can then gently and slowly run your hand down the side of the fridge to feel for very slight temperature differences on the side panels. The warmer areas will tell you where a heat exchange pipe is inside the insulated panel. You need to aim for the slightly cooler areas between the warm zones!!! This is where you should consider putting a penetration thru the side panel of the fridge. NEVER drill from the outside of side panel. You should drill from the inside out at the area where the cooler side panel zone is. The plastic inner lining of the fridge is WAY softer than the external metal skin. Gently drill from the inside and just take the plastic liner off so you can push the drill bit into the insulation BY HAND. This way if you do strike a heat exchange pipe, you'll not rip it to shreds with the drill. If you haven't hit a heat exchange pipe, drill all the way thru. If you use a drill bit 1mm larger diameter than the OD of the CO2 line, no need for gap filler either. You can be confident drilling holes thru the front doors of the fridge. They don't have heat exchange pipes.

Followed this tutorial. Getting all foam on my amber ale tap. I'm at 10-12psi and there appear to be bubbles in the beer line after it sits for a few minutes... My other tap pours great and doesn't get the air bubbles in the line. Has anyone experienced this issue and know how to troubleshoot? Maybe a leaky faucet/tap?

Solved! Contacted the tap distributer and I cranked down the treaded collar below the handle too tight. For some reason this prevents the tap from closing all the way which was letting air back in.
