How to Abuse Adventurer! Auto-Win Combo! NEW TOP TIER Engine! Counter Nibiru + Skill Drain! 

While the Beaver Warrior is representing a random card to discard, you can normal summon whatever that card is to trigger the Fateful to search Dracoback for discarding! Do NOT do that for the Scythe Combo though!

For the Adventure Token engine: -Foolish dumps can be Ash'd(Cherubini dumps a level 3 for cost, which is a huge boon to 3-axis strats playing this engine) -Token Collector stops the Adventure Token engine dead in its tracks(while also still relevant against Swordsoul) -Ghost Ogre hits Griffin Rider, Fateful Adventure and Dracoback -Anti-banish effects can stop Water Enchantress from searching, or you can banish it if it gets dumped to grave by something -Fateful Adventure gives ALL equipped monsters OPT battle protection(Stuff like Plunder Patrols, Relinquished and Destiny HERO -Plasma can potentially take advantage of that, and it gives extra utility to some middling equip cards some decks consider running) -Dracoback can equip to ANY non-effect monster(most tokens and trap monsters, Normal monsters, Ready Fusion Targets, Tenyi Monk, etc.), don't assume getting rid of the token makes it unusable -Evenly Matched CANNOT banish tokens face-down, so an opponent would be forced to banish every other card on the field besides the Adventure Token if they have no way left to negate it vs. an empty board Dealing with the "Artifacts": -Negate the Dagda if you can, the chances of hard drawing Scythe or Sanctum aren't incredibly high, Scythe is usually played at 1 and Sanctum isn't always run in Dagda reliant variants(Eldlich might run extras of both for the easy Rank 5s, and they're extra fairies for other decks that run those like Agents, Despia and Cyber Angel Drytron, and Normal Trap heavy decks can run 2 Sanctum alongside Trap Trick). -Lancea is a useful hand trap while Swordsoul/Tenyi decks are relevant, so random decks will be playing that at 3. It can be set by Dagda if you already have Scythe/Sanctum, but you need to tribute it off for the banish prevention effect, meaning you can't chain it in response to Cosmic Cyclone if it or Sanctum is set. -Scythe needs to be hit when popped by a banishing/GY activation negation effect to stop it(you can Cosmic Cyclone in response to a pop attempt, or D.D. Crow/Called by/Shark Cannon/Ghost Belle/Skull Meister when it's sent to GY), or on summon with a negate effect -Some strats will try to protect its lingering effect when summoned by getting it off the field in response to negating its on-summon effect via their own send/destruction effects or by using quick effect Tuner Synchros, in which case it's probably better to hit the Tuner Synchro than Scythe, as that will go into even more obnoxious plays with stuff like Barronne and Shooting Riser Dragon. It wasn't mentioned in the video, but Scythe lock does NOTHING against Flooandereeze. That and their relative Maxx "C" immunity made them EXTREMELY popular in the OCG for a while despite the inherent brickiness of Tribute summon decks. Also Dimension Shifter shuts down the set-pop Artifact variants, while the Sanctum set version would instead summon + tribute Lancea to gimp them.

Adventure is such a cool creative concept for a deck/archetype. The fact that it got turned into a generic op engine is honestly a major shame

Normally you want to activate Rite first, then normal summon to search Dracoback and discard Dracoback to search Gryphon, then Dracoback will equip itself from the GY to the token. So you don't need any discard if you have any monster you can summon. Only if you want Dracoback to be in your hand like with the Scythe combo you play like it was shown in the video.

It is very much worth noting that this combo forces you to run a...rather large number of bricks, especially if you decide to expand upon it and run Scythe+DPE and all of DPE's materials. Running full Adventure package(7)+DPE(4)+Scythe(1) means there is an inherent minimum of 12 TOTAL CARDS in your deck that do not help your primary gameplan, of which there are only 6-7 that you actually want to see in your hand (Enchantress, Rite, Fusion Destiny, and maybe Scythe), and you never want to see them in multiples. That's an enormous 30% of your deck if you run a 40 card list. As a result, many people in the TCG decided to start running substantially more than 40 cards in order to reduce the odds of seeing so many of these cards in their hands, especially considering this isn't even including all the other generic cards people run, like hand traps and tech options. While increasing deck size isn't a perfect solution for every deck, I expect that doing the same on Master Duel will become very common as well. Also, remember that the Adventure package is 7 cards on MD, not 9 like was shown in this video. Enchantress and Rite are both semi-limited as of the writing of this comment. This means the overall count is reduced, but the consistency of seeing the things you want is even worse.

I think people will be a lot more thoughtful about how many handtraps. It is worth to have 15? There will be so many effects and summons on a single turn that the player can be overwhelmed even if they 2 or 3 in their hand. I hope this change the game for the better but with 5 UR cards being the core of the Adventure engine, I'm not sure.

seems like fateful+rider would still get negated by gozen any other summon floodgate really since you had to start by getting a token and its a diff attr, if they lock you out of field thats kinda it, i do like that it can pop skill drain tho thats neat, thats the same reason i like vishuda in Swordsoul, useless vs gozen but can out a TKBOO/Drain/summon limit/order or something at least looks like a lot more people are gonna be running IO to stop the engine

question. why I can't activate rite of aramesir after I activate normal summoned monster effect? what clause does it state that I can't activate it? I thought it says the other way around. example: i normal summon adamancipator analyzer. I still can activate rite of aramesir. then I activate analyzer excavate effect. After that I cannot activate rite of aramesir for the rest of that turn.

Combo is not optimal, you got to discard the dragoback by tuto it instead of equipe instantly, so you dont loose the - 1 cards in hand ;)
