In essence, I agree in order to be successful in life, we have to adopt some of the technological developments without ignoring and compromising about our religious, family and cultural values. Don't make too many changes relating to your lifestyle, because other people have adopted the changes - thoroughly and wisely analyse what is particularly beneficial for you within your surroundings, situation and carefully assess its advantages and, adverse consequences. I also noted that Ms Mavish Sultan's style of teaching is based on her experience, which is usually associated with young children, therefore, she has to change her approach according to the audience's intellectual ability, their background and age, and avoid treating them like kids by appraising them unnecessarily. As such teachings or training methods (with adults) are usually futile, counter productive and the audience becomes inattentive.
