I also have oligodendroglioma. I'm trying to get rid of a third recurrence (two new spots on last MRI). I've also changed to a plant based diet. I'm determined to get rid of mine and like you, I tried the ketogenic diet. I've outlived my diagnosis so far. I believe you can do it too. I juice beetroot, kale, celery, carrots, apples, oranges, turmeric and ginger. I take probiotics too. Also try affirmations and maybe do the Law of Attraction to manifest what You want in life. You can do it! 😊
Thank you Lizzie. Really. How long have you been surviving since diagnosis? I’d love to learn all I can from you. I bet you have so much insight to help others. Feel free to email me directly if you rather not respond in the comments here.
Angelo De Ieso I had a grade 3 tumour which was surgically removed beginning of 2016 followed by radiation and chemo. Another tumour appeared the latter part of last year where I had my radiotherapy. I guess it was scarring from that. It's now in the middle of my brain and has jumped over to the other side. You can try alkalyzing your system too with slices of lemon in your water. I do a lot of research and try not to have too many carbs like flour, potatoes, rice., as it gets turned into glucose. I also use erythritol or stevia if I really want something sweet, but mainly fruit is my sweet fix. I also am going to try colostrum next to boost my immune system. Chemo is kicking my butt. I've just finished a cycle and I'm wiped but determined. Good luck! Keep up the good fight!
@@riseuporganic I'm doing really well! I had a clear MRI end of May. My last MRI had a dull spot that the oncologist is watching. In the meantime I'm back to eating healthily. I'm confident I can get rid of this too. 😊
