Hi friends! In this video (part 1/3), I go through everything you need to know about the SJT. Yes, that includes new changes this year, marking, structure, tips and resources to score in the top percentiles.

What can an FY1 do and cant do? I know there are certain restrictions to the FY1 role like consenting to a procedure / DNACPR but i cant find anything online. Could you please explain or point me towards a resource? thank you sarah!

Hi Dr. Sarah, my son is IMG June 2021 from Russia and has UK right to work(EU family member. 1) he got Plab I seat only in Aug 2022. Is there anyway he can get earlier seat. 2) If he has to go with Aug 2022 Plab I exam he has lot of time to his foundation I to start, what jobs would you advice him to take in the meantime.

Hi Dr Sarah. What a great and informative video. My son is from Malaysia. He intends to sit for the online SJT exam in Dec 2021. Do u happen to remember the time slots available. He wants to have the exam at night after his classes. So we are looking at say a time slot of say 1pm UK time or after (since the time difference is around 8 hrs). Hope u can help. Do u know if there is a test center in Malaysia? You mentioned that the GMC handbook is a worth reading to prepare for the exam. Do u know where i can obtain one?. Thanks in advance for your assistance doctor. Cheers.

Hi! I don't recall the exact time slots but they should be between 9-4pm I would've thought. Best to check on official website. I have added the link to the GMC handbook in the description. All the best :)

@@StudywithMe-tt1rn You can never tell with the SJT - really, I've seen ppl get incredible scores when they didn't expect it. And either way, you can get excellent training as a doctor across the UK so the 'worst case scenario' really isn't as bad as you think ;)
