I pass all the assessments and got my final interview today. But after 4 hours I got the email update saying I didn't pass the final interview. I don't know. Maybe because of my experience or my field in Architecture. But I am really proud of myself that I confidently answer all 3 questions. I slay the question because I really done my research about the company and the role. There is a saying "never stop trying" I just want to grab this opportunity to say thank you so much Miss Mia for sharing this video. I have learned so much!

I watched your videos during my Athena application and it really helped me. Despite this, I did not pass the final interview, and I don't know why. It's just disappointing but still am hopeful that I will find a company which will allow new moms to pursue their career goals. 😼

@@christianlucero723 the interview was okay. It went well but I don't know why i was emailed that i will not be able to proceed. Maybe the interviewer didn't like me though i managed to answered everything well in my opinion.
Hi Mia, this is a good tips for Athena interview. I have a question though , if in case I did not understand the question clearly bec of one word that I am not familiar with, is it ok to ask the interviewer for another term of that particular word or can I rephrase it based on my understanding?

Ang ganda nga ng content ni ma’am. Syempre communication skills yang pagsasalita ng may accent, hindi arte yan kundi nandiyan sa speaking skills mo yung puhunan mo dahil requirement yan sa inaapplyan mo. Kaya siguro ganyan ka kasi ilang call center or VA yang inapplyan mo pero di ka makapasa pasa. 😂
Hindi yabang yan kundi tinutulungan niya yung mga aspiring VAs or Freelancers kung paano sila magkaroon ng trabaho. Kung hindi mo kayang tapatin yung ganyang level of standards, manahimik nalang. ☺️
ikaw yung tipo na utak talangka na sisilipin ang gawa ng iba at ikukumpara sa gawa mo, nakaka awa ka at ganyan mindset mo ,difference ng tips and guides is way more different sa pagyayabang,she's skilled knowledgeable,considering her position ,VA ang position and it is being paid on a performance basis,kung kagaya mo applicant na maligalig mag tayo ka ng sarili mong company, hindi kaartehan ang pag bibigay ng standards sa mga applicant 46k for each and every applicant tapos kagaya mo lang ihahire? what a waste of money and invesments ,tayo ka company tapos requirements na ilagay mo matalino at computer literate pero, walang confidence walang alam sa company or sa industry ihahire mo ba? inutil ka 😊
