I'll start learning Greek, continue with pilates and physical therapy workouts, and I'll send some of my book projects for appreciation in order to try to publish them.
Please reduce the volume of the background music, it is obscuring Brian Tracy 's voice. I am very thankful to mr. Brian Tracy for inspiring and changing my life
I always knew that happiness is an important thing, especially in a family, but today I had a fight with the family in which I was born and I really regretted it. At the end, I asked for forgiveness from my mother. I love her very much and I don't want to upset her. May love, peace and happiness reign in this world. Especially great well-being to your family and relatives. I appreciate and respect your channel. Thanks. With love from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿🤍💜🙋🏻♀️🫶🏼🙌🏻
Playing Volleyball makes me happy, in the weekend. I give 100% to my IT job happily and on the weekends I spend my time with my girlfriend and also play volleyball with my childhood friends. I'm 33.
Hello Brian. For years I have heard people say that to improve our physical health we should listen to our bodies. If we listen to our body it will tell us if the foods we eat and the actions we are taking and the exercise we are doing are benefiting us or not. I found this to be good advice but until very recently I never thought about making the connection in the same way with happiness. I recently started thinking if I can improve my physical health by focusing on actions that seem to give me good physical health if I could identify the actions that were being taken when I was most happy and reproduce those I should have similar results. I can't believe I never thought about this until recently. It's too early for me to tell if this is going to work for me but I can tell you this is something that is a very high priority for me now. So far the easiest things to do have been to try and eliminate the things that give me unhappiness and to simply spend more time in nature and around people who care for me. I have come to value personal connections with friends and family more than I ever have before. Quality time with people I care about is now valued highly. Thanks again, Brian. I enjoy your videos and your books and have recommended them to my family members and friends.
Thank you for your video. But what if the person that makes you unhappy is your husband who doesn’t know how to share his feelings or feel how he’s making you feel through his silence?
Hi Brian, I love your videos. I learn and get inspired with them. Can I just suggest one thing? Don't add background music. It can be distrustful and even irritating. Saúde!
Financial peace isn't the acquisition of stuff. It's learning to live on less than you make, so you can give money back and have money to invest. You can't win until you do this. --Dave Ramsey
