Cool tutorial but while following it I saw that the app has a widget for the lockscreen voice chat. Which makes the shorcut thingy not that practical if you are just looking for that. Just use the widget.
Damn the must have made a lot of changes to iOS 18 beta because I am running the new iOS 18 beta and it does already have the icon to launch the ChatGPT voice on the lock screen widget but when i went to make a shortcut, there is no ChatGPT available in my actions at all and I tried to use open app and was able to pick ChatGPT from there but i cant make that open the voice function of ChatGPT. I was getting so excited because at least 2 or 3 times a day I am at my house doing something that I might need further assistance with and my phone is near me but my hands or full or whatever reason i cant quickly grab my phone and open and start voice ChatGPT and ask my question but i seen your video and I was hopefully it would work. Guess I will have to wait even longer to find a way. Oh yeah, there is Voice shortcuts BTW NOW, where I can say "voiceGPT" being away from my phone and that's the actual first step i was trying to get voice shortcuts to allow me to go directly to voice GPT to ask questions but I have yet to figure that out. Maybe if you or someone else here figures that out using the new iOS 18 which is available to download and use right now, someone could reply with the solution possibly?
Please give me an answer to this. Why can't you use Siri when you are offline? I am using an iPhone 14 phone.. Are there any devices that can use Siri while offline? What iphone is that?
Normally you should be able to use Siri for basic things offline. However in a few weeks a whole new Siri transformation is expected. Hopefully this will fix a lot for you
