Mine started July 22 after acupuncture for severe chronic back pain, it’s like having an intense crazy madly in love you get when you fall in love 🥰 my muscles have a life of their own, jumping up and down, I keep saying I should keep a diary because I think letting others know what it is, because it’s scary at times, but it’s going to be very different experience for everyone, I had to deal with it on my own other than acupuncturists a few appointments, plus on two hour sessions with a natural healer which was mind blowing absolutely amazing, the energy is in my shoulders an it’s been there for a while now, yesterday I went to the park with my granddaughter an I was so happy on the swings, laughing 😆 smiling like a 6 year old, I swear my granddaughter was brought in to our family to heal, when she was born at 8am at 8llbs in the 8th month 2018 😊 she makes me so happy just be around her, which is great if you have cptsd, I feel like she’s healing me, 😊😊😊
Recently I've realized just how much I've been missing in this life. I want to grow, I want to find myself. I've always been somewhat in touch with my spiritual side but lately I've been cultivating my spirituality deeply and I was unknowingly until now following all the necessary steps to prepare for a kundalini awakening. The only thing I'm laking from everything mentioned is a good support system. I don't live in an environment that's very suited for spirituality in a lot of ways and I don't have a proper guide in my journey. I follow kundalini teachers and their lessons but I can't ask questions I may have or ask for any specific piece of advice or guidance for my particular situation... I need so much help! I was in abusive marriage for over 20 years and I’ve numbed myself so much to make it thru! Add to it I’m ADHD and meditation is really hard for me to get out of my own head! I’ve went a Hypno but haven’t been put under! Trying to change diet, exercise, and rest more.
I also have ADHD and meditate every day for over an hour. My mind never shut up. That's OK. Gradually the chatter will be less. I use Dr. Joe Dispenza's meditations and my kundalini activation has already started as he teaches a breath that leads to Kundalini awakening.

Can you please explain the difference between a kundalini rising and the state of samadhi? I believe that I have experienced both but would appreciate a deeper understanding. one technique i use is kundalini mudra. it is very powerful and you can do your own research on it also. from my experience it works very great in activating and rising up your kundalini energy

Made friends with other Gods. The point I am trying to make is that anything you imagine you are doing you are already doing meaning that you yourself is in a metaphysical flux. So like DMT / Ayahuasca, on releasing deep seated trauma youve been carrying . Its good but needs to be treated with a lot of respect. It can be very tricky . Make sure you have a safety net as in a support person when your trauma is coming up to the surface. My friend was raped as a young girl and when this all came up she nearly lost it.

People here had mistaken 3rd eye opening experiences with the true Kundalini Awakening. If you had open and achieved Kundalini, you would be like Sadghuru. This video made it sounds like any Tom, Dick and Harry can achieve it. Kundalini is also part of the fate or destiny that a chosen person can only achieve it. A person who achieved Kundalini he is usually a person of wisdom and great compassion even before achieving it. That's the prerequisite condition to that path. A person with good aura, humble, positive, wise, compassionate, detached from fame, any desire nor material gratification nor any negative affairs of this world. Don't ever mistaken 3rd eye (spiritual awakening of STAGES, you might be only in early stages) with the Kundalini. Namaste 🙏🏼
There is no proof that Sadghuru is anything more than a famous person. Besides, there is a lot of controversy surrounding him. Besides, spiritual development is not for the "chosen", anyone can achieve it with time, practice and patience. Of course, Kundalini work is very advanced and without the proper preparation and knowledge, it's nearly impossible to awaken it. But that does not mean it's only for some people. That's a limiting belief and down right wrong.
It's I think energy that's not perceivable to 5 senses (so in a way beyond the realm of science to grasp and produce evidence).. but it can be given a try..
