bro I spent days trying to find my card number and cvs since its telling me to activate my card but I can't even activate it since I don't have the info, all the instructions and videos don't add up to the newer format of the app

This is the exact same issue we are hsving. Has caused late payments, late mortgage and all over their utter idiocy 1st world vision of their reality....not mine

As a stock investor I wanted to give you all a try, but first thing I shouldn’t have to search how to activate a simple debit card. Why it would not work with the scan code that was sent with it, I’m not sure. Also no number on the card to call anyone? I feel the confusion may turn customers away. Who is designing the app? No disrespect but I feel it’s just a lot of random things. I think it could be made a little simpler.

Hello! We are sorry to hear you are having issues activating your debit card, if it is a Samsung pay card you will need to contact them to retrieve card information to be able to activate it. Hello, thank you for reaching out! We're sorry you're having issues finding the debit card on the app. After logging into the app, click on the banking tab. From there, you'll be taken to the main banking page where you'll see a button that has three dots in it and says More under it. Click on this button to see the details of your card. You will see the routing and account number, and there's a Debit Card option that will help you manage your card. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. there is nothing intutive or simple about the sofi app and the interface has changed so these videos are almost completely useless. Ive been so fraustrated trying to understand this app with the 1001 ads all over the screen. At this point I'm about to just call it quits

I completely agree. The videos don't apply now so it's impossible to find how to even activate your ATM card. I'm going to Ally bank. This is a waste of time.

You have to spend so much time trying to find information about your account versus the constant ads literally everywhere. You have to dig to just get to your bank information. It's very time consuming and frustrating. These videos aren't accurate anymore. I'm over it.
