Dude, it’s alright, you’re only 13 and just starting puberty. You could be a late bloomer Believe me when I say that your odds of getting the most unbelievably massive growth spurt is just years ahead of you because of your tall family members I’ve seen short kids from middle school in Grade 8 grow like 4-8 inches once they entered high school or during high school And especially if you’re doing the things necessary to grow, you could probably even shoot past your max potential, even by just a teeny bit

You can but I would reccomend not taking supplements to grow taller and generally it doesn't matter for girls, if you want to get taller do it naturally but know it doesn't matter too much in terms of other peoples perception of you specifically men do not care if you are 4'11 or 5'9 if thats not the reason then the surest way to increase height is through building good posture theres loads online about it

@@Jedi_Bob_Studios its scientific, estrogen closes growth plates and you need hgh and igf-1 to grow, so by increasing them as much as possible and avoiding closing the growth plates you will get taller, makes sense?

Will these techniques work for non genetically specimen or the person who don't have any taller genetics in whole family including both paternal or maternal sides.

great video but mk-677 will never be better for height 😭 better to mix with peptides but even then hgh isn't as dangerous as people make it out to be and it's also cheaper than a peptide stack

No, the purpose of Arimidex is to prevent the plates from closing. Fixing spinal alignment can add around 1" after puberty, and there are some other weird microfracture things that may work, I'm still researching how to grow after puberty
