Yeah people really take too long to loot sometimes, so this is great. Personally I don’t think I’m a slow looter so I don’t really need this, but I appreciate someone making good, detailed guides. Very well done.
I try so hard to be fast but then i still end up being the one far behind my teammates ;-; as a wraith main/sniper main (i don't do both at once LOL), that can be detrimental to setting up team fights and i feel so bad about it :(
How to kinda move in death boxes on controller 1: right before your about to open it you can jump and slide 2: you can switch your buttons like circle to r3 and you can crouch while in a death box on Xbox is B and your thumb stick idk the name 3: turning up your sensitivity on the curser 4: you can turn on auto sprint Not as good as pc but it’ll help a lot especially the 1 and second tip
They need to put death boxes in the firing range so people can practice this that would literally be game changing making people to learn to get what they need faster and set times goals for what u need in a fight with your buddy in the range

i really hate when ever the teammates just spent the whole game just looting and die to the first team we come across , and that too in pubs , i usally land near or on hot drops when playing pubs , find a good gun , ammo and some meds and go to the nearest fight , i realised that if i wanna enjoy apex , i should fight more and not care about dying , and this has actually made me better at the game.
my biggest problem is armor swapping cause here in ZA we get like 180ms ping minimum so I'm on mnk but it still takes time to get into a deathbox so no ultra fast midfight armor swaps for us.
People keep saying u can’t move and loot on control but u literally can run out of a box jump while in a box and crouch u just have to know how to do so
@@ryanoconnor534 start sprinting right when you start looting and hit jump you will have 2 seconds while jumping over the box to loot before it cancels out ...
i just go off the visual references on the screen to know where to click for my swaps. just click right of your second/duo team m8s name and above the tactical ability. or just think of 2 tactical ability boxes one on top of the other, click just above.... ez swaps ez games
holy fck that lootbox setting is perhaps the moste useful thing ive heard about this game, been playing since early season 8 and i had absolutely no idea. Ive been fucked so many times because of this setting

Is there a way to make the scroll wheel faster? Mine doesn't spin so I have to roll it like three times when scrolling thru a death box. There might be a way to macro it but is there a way to do this off mouse settings?
How do I exit out of the looting menu quickly? Most of the time I've looted and I want to exit out of the menu only to realise I have to press escape to get out of it. There's no way for me to change the keybinds for it as far as I'm aware and it just really pisses me off.
is it just the video? why do i have to hold "F" my use key to open a box for twice the amount of time as shown in this video, honesley it feel like i have a 2 secon wait to open boxes
@@francescopetrarca7382 You should only be looting other things while in cover anyway and you can jump, sprint or jump slide armor swap and maybe get a few stacks of ammo if you're quick enough. I've played controller since Day 3 and tbh when looting deathboxes mid fight all you need is ammo or an armor and these techs for roller work fine for that purpose.
PSA: "Enhance pointer precision" in Windows should be off, as the my man says, always. Looking out your window, in a window, home or away, or under any other circumstances. That is 2d Mouse accel.
For me this guide missed the thing that I wanted to know. How to open dead boxes almost instantly. Even if I am full health, I always die before the dead box open.

This guide is basically useless for players who still play this game after 3 years like me, but im glad new players are getting some help since we got a good amount.
after watching this i just know mfs can’t complain and say auto aim is too much of an advantage for us. y’all can literally strafe and move while looting meanwhile the controller players are sitting ducks. there really is no argument to be had or made. pc players will always have the advantage, but will always find a way to blame their deaths on auto aim
I get super annoyed whenever I see streamers and youtubers stack up on the most useless of things, ranging from >2 stacks for a wingman to 12 syringes or when they pop medkits with gold armor on / waste a bat when shields are 3/5 I also don't get the craze behind carrying 1 or 2 stacks for an R9 or CAR just to carry nades they're gonna waste and end up having to completely change guns mid fight cause they just mag dump every time they fire no matter if they can actually see the enemy or not.
dont dislike the creator. You can tell youtube's algorithm that you're not interester by clicking the 3 dots and clicking "not interested" and youtube will stop recommending him
