Greetings from the future, now turrets with FCS mechanics have auto-detection and auto-aiming along the trajectory of the projectile, you aim at the target, shoot, the projectile flies, flies, flies, and hits. It's a pity that there are few large-caliber guns in the game. There are only 2 variants, 38cm and 190mm BRUH.
My artillery set up M109 Turret and Hull and Devastator still is the best one i have in my tier but i dont really do this tactic as artillery but yeah still works!
man they should fix the bug where i cant kill 2 people in a single explosion, like for example theres 2 people A point im using sturm tos and they still manage to survive even tho its literally like between them
38’s low velocity makes long range and even medium range arty unreliable and 190 already overpreassures everything at tiers 7-8 regardless if you hit era or not ofc in 9-10 and above it might make a difference if you hit era, But if u wanna have fun sure play 38 with panzero hull for more ammo
@@Moop_ yeah but i do love the 38 because yknow it kinda annihilates basically anything the 190 is also op AF and i mostly troll in top tier so yeah 38 more reliable for me

vido is epok atilleriea ganeplay totoril (ral) I rate 5 stars! 😂 the video is very nice, it's short and sweet and tells you everything you need to know. this comment isn't. long read as usual for my comments my main artillery troll vehicle is puma tow (totally not bc i dont wanna bother spending oto materials dont tease me 😾) it's very small, quite mobile, hard to hit at speed, doesn't have a giant spinning radar but still has compute rizz, and carries just enough ammo and reload multi for severe trolling. but it has some problems with cigarette addicted grandpa speed vertical traverse (ruins every flank bc it's always on full gun depression and takes a college semester to raise up) and because it's so small, its radar doesn't poke above a lot so you have to find even lower cover that will show your nametag any day. or alternatively if you can't find it you have to dangerously wait for compute to think about it while in direct target los (suboptimal for people who like having a heartbeat) purchase it if you want da stealth and speed and uncontrollable spins when you're trying to run or are obsessive enough only use tanks with faux on them if you're 5-6 and you need compute, the basically only available option is m109 which is nice but has a nuclear bomb strapped to the back of its head (which isnt very hindering tbh.) in this tier it's 2% better to just go with historically haccurate heavy hitter which can't arc nearly as well and wont overpressure for its 20 minute max life but has a silly auto win heat shell with he for smaller targets + muh historicality + muh efficient downtiering (using a tier 6 gun would optimally take a tier 5 turret and tier 7 hull) but i'm being nitpicky and it's yo choice king/queen/princess/jester/prince/prime minister/royal guard member 👑 if you have it (i'm so sorry if you suffered to get it) you can bring out the big guns. 38cm. the widest and most mildly humorous shell in the game, BUT the whole deal with it is kinda boring and gimmicky (common daily moment). it's just an obese and diabetic 190 shell, with slow asf speed (has the only shell in the game that has a 2 digit speed number) less absolute pen, way more ammo storage requirements and explosive mass, and doesnt really overpressure many more tanks in direct hits than the 190 could. still got a giant bomb radius for the trolling which puts it at a significant edge for splashing people behind cover. but funkiest of all it's limited to people who got it from dailies when it was available (hint: it isn't anymore) so the cannon is not even a constantly available choice. i saw 38cm oto setups in public servers right after blazing mess dropped because ppl realized they can viably put the 38 in more tanks than like 2 of them but that build basically went extinct after a week. i still see them in customs on some days though. what the 38cm always will be is something to put on a nimble car or jeek or souped up panzer 3 with sunglasses as a kamikaze for someone you are not quite fond of or if you're just extremely angry. desperately needed tldr for this mess: puma tow is small, less obviously visible and capable but is kinda quirky, 5-6 basically requires m109 (you aint using a vads blud) with 155 being held higher and 38 is kinda gimmicky but still usable and potent as arty or anger fueled kamikaze. i will repent for my paragraphs immediately
Oh my props to you for spending so much time writing a comment on my shit video lol, respect much. I do have the 38cm and the only reason I dont use it is because its just unreliable at range especially if the targets moving if they see the projectile coming towards them and react fast while being a nimble vehicle they can survive. I dont have an issue with ammo or reload as i have the panzero hull which was the 4th daily ever added i think and the hull has like 178 ammo storage well somewhere around there. And its quite fast and pretty armored for a tier 4. The 155 thing yea the guns more reliable but the whole point of this is the arc so you need slow velocity but not so slow as the 380 where you cant anything. I used to use the puma but its just not reliable as it has no stabilizer, unless your playing rat mode with 199 strapped to it lol it has like a 15s reload with it i think so pretty good for cqc if your not seen. @@Moop_ yea puma with no stabilizer is a big oof, rat gaming cqc is pretty unreliable bc of what i said about the vertical traverse but thanks for reading xd
