I have used ChatGPT to generate marketing emails, resumes, etc., however your video really opened my eyes to the broader spectrum of possibilities this tool offers (identifying and creating business opportunities, elevating the marketing of our firm, and more). I like using chatgpt to save on time but find the examples given in the video are simplistic. If you're in recruitment and you need AI to tell you where to post your job on job boards or social media etc it must be your first day. It listing the ceos of companies etc is no different to a Google search. Again I find chatgpt a useful time-saver and most likely applies better to other industries but I politely don't see much advantage in this video for recruitment other than saving time.
Can anyone guide me to a video showing actual ChatGPT SOURCING strategies that may pull results from both paid (LinkedIn especially) and free services? Your part at the end was too basic and hopefully there is a video out there on RU-vid or a recruiting blog that gets really specific?
Question, summerize and etc. ok. BUT, how do you veryfie the answers ? The true skills of the experienced recruiter is still ereplasable ! I do not like these craze about this tool, because it creates an elusion for the unexperienced speciaslit that they can conduct an specialized interview !
That's where experience comes from. I think AI is best to optimize or amplify your systems that already exist. If you have no experience, then you can plug and play the answers and check manually if chatgpt provides great results
