In word, once after your done with the citation at the end of the document.. select references tab and click insert Bibliography. You will get the list of references you have citated. You can find this at the end of the video.
You can adhere to a particular citation style, like the Vancouver style, when adding citations to your abstract using index numbers. This style uses index numbers to identify references within the text, and at the conclusion of the document is a list of all the references.
hi.i am using mendeley as add-in in my word document.whenever i click on insert biblography .word is showing source is not found.i would really appreciate if you could answer my query
once you add the source from website to mendeley, go to mendeley window and click sync. The next step is to add citation as using mendeley in word. Would upload a video regarding this if you still find it difficult🙂
You will have to make sure the article has relevant information such as the date published and the authors name and simply add it to the document using this method. There is an alternative way where you will have to download "mendeley " and get the extension in the browser and do the referencing for any referencing style u wish to!
Yes it can be used! In some cases, based on the type of document you maybe asked not to use hyperlinks.. be aware of those and try citation using this method as it is in the video.🙂
The specific line spacing guidelines may also depend on the requirements of your institution, journal, or publisher. Therefore, it's important to refer to the style guide or formatting requirements provided by the institution or publication to determine the exact line spacing to be used in citations such as single or double spacing.
