Good job. I've been using splines for years and I use a thin CA glue on them. It wicks right in and dries fast. A real time saver.

What's the jig beside your spline jigs? Also, any chance on a video for your router insert. I know there are a few around but I have the same table and like seeing different approaches to making it work.

trippnk that is a jig for milling logs on the bandsaw. It looks better than it works haha but does the job.

trippnk also my router insert is the quickest, dirtiest thing in my shop. Threw it together in a rush one night when i needed it. It's 3/4" ply with 1/4" waxed mdf on top. It's cut to the size of the gap and rests on top of four bolts in the table saw holes. I used my router base plate ad a template and cut 4 holes.
