im completely new at this game, i mainly got it for swinging and drifting, when i spawn a car from a mod pack i cant even see or add more of the parts to the configuration list, for example the differential, i cant search or modify the diff on any cars from a pack
hey is there any way how I can add a lot of power in the lower and the mid range of the engine and not in the top range, like I want all the power to kick in at 3500 rpm, meaning at a lower rpm
@@apgamingtoy_bonnie9876 Yea, i’m the engine jbeam, you’ll see a list of RPM values next to torque values. You can increase the torque values to jump once it hits a certain speed. You can make VTEC using this method
@@NoNameNoWorries hey I don't know I just messed up I was searching for "engine" in the hopper and it shows no results found, actually its showing nothing
@@apgamingtoy_bonnie9876 It's under the common folder I believe; a lot of the older cars (d-series, roamer, etc.) use the common folder for certain parts like engines, because they all share the same exact engines. It was to save space I believe lol, or just because it's convenient to have them all in one place
@@apgamingtoy_bonnie9876 I work tonight and tomorrow so I won’t be on Discord today, but mention me or leave another comment here on Monday and I can help out
Hello, It worked for me! I was changing a mod I had installed. It is an AWD EV. I was able to change the torque( and hence, power) of the car but I have a problem. The mod has an issue where the front wheels and front diff are not connected according to the power train visualizer. Can you help?
Hey bro, i've tried to mod "autobella"... Everthing was smooth, when i reopened the game and when i selected this engine, it just stalled and said "this mod is corrupted". Do you know why this happend? Thanks in advance!
@@NoNameNoWorries no its official car, but i've kinda found the solution. Just modded the other engine, which is i think 1.1 Air cooled, and it somehow worked... Anyways, everything is fixed, very good, detailed video bro👊
Make sure you make the engine ID unique, so like instead of wendigo_2.5 (for an example, idk if that’s what it’s called), make it wendigo_2.5_custom or something, then reboot
@@NoNameNoWorries no worries mate. I did it myself. I made a typo which was the problem. Now I am behind something else. I got the blend file of my daily driver car from the manufacturer's website. Can u point me to tutorials which may help to convert those files to a car in beamNG. My aim is to recreate my original car in the game. (Forgive my english, not a native speaker, in fact it is my third language)
@@TheUncertainCat This one here may have the answers you’re looking for - it was the first recommended video when I looked up how to import models into beamng and turn them into in-game cars: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JLozcVaaHTc.html
i can look at the files for you, but I believe that’d be in the suspension file where the tires are located; you should be able to make a copy of the tire and increase grip someone in that section
I give up im just gonna disable the mod when not using my fucked up 100k hp cars Also if you do ctrl + l you reload the whole game so you dont have to close it
You made a jbeam for it with different values? this is an older tutorial, I may have explained it incorrectly. Might do another soon with the knowledge I have now
@@NoNameNoWorries made it have 40,000 rpm with the twin turbo and aftermarket parts made it have nitrous and a 50over waste gate 😂 it goes boom as soon as I reach 30mph
