You never actually showed how you get the zoom caller's video into the room. Are you using two screens on the Zoom PC and capturing the second screen with NDI screen capture?
I've done it before with an attempted Mix Minus but had difficulty due to the setup at the time and the lack of time to make major changes. I also needed to be super vigilant with mic levels while the remote speaker was speaking. Just wondering if there is an "easier" way to manage things.
It has it pros and cons. Since you are using local network system and IP congratulations everything run over the network. But he did well setting them for the future upgrade.

The new updates from pro presenter works well. 2years ago definitely it wasn’t well receiving unless you go through the same process of local network as he did. So, make sure you are on the same network is first thing. You definitely need to separate the two computers too
How do you avoid the feedback when the Zoom users speak into the room while mics in the room are hot, the Audio from which is also going into zoom, which is then playing out to the room... see where this is going?
You have to create a mix minus to your caller. Make sure it’s just the main speaker’s audio going back to them and not room mics. You want to make sure that the audio being sent to your collar is as clean as possible. What can happen is, if there is a lot of extra noise being returned to the caller, zoom, or whatever communication software will think that the speaker is trying to speak when it’s just audience mics, and it will turn down the caller’s microphone .
You could also try using a Dan Dugan Automixer type of product. You can assign microphone priority which would take the weight of trying to be vigilant with audio levels off of whoever is mixing.

They also wanted to hear the worship singers while make altar calls etc. sooo...yeah... like twelve live mics plus instruments (some of which weren't direct digital inputs and also has open mics)@@Darielcummins
