This was a great video for adjusting the steel series leap v2 but extremely difficult to find. Please put the names of the chairs in the description. thanks!
I am not sure if this will help anyone but sometimes the up and down action is the easiest to break. If your seat does not move up automatically when pressing the up and down lever (Usually the middle lever on the right side) by sitting on it to lower it and to raise it when you stand then you can try this trick. If you have two people have one hold the wheels down firmly and while pressing the lever the second person should give a good strong pull to hopefully free it. If you are by yourself you can do your best to hold the lever why doing you best to hold the wheels down with your feet while using you arms to give some hard pulls to raise it. It’s really rare for the down not to work. Anyway hope it helps. I finally am not squatting like a frog while I’m at work.
