Today i show you a quick video on how to lower the rear coil overs on my BMW haven't seen a video on how to do it to the rear so i thought i would show you/
(2/2) on my car i removed the bolt from the one holding the shock, loosened the ring and raised it then tighten the rings and put the bolt back in to hold shock in place and literally nothing changed, no height increase. just the same
that's why I'm confused. I even did an extreme adjustment, took half the thread away (46mm to 23mm of thread), there is no measurable difference in ride height. WHAT? Does this mean my springs are shot? I had it at max thread, unable to rise any more, and my rear is VERY low, I drag my exhaust on everything, speed bumps are deadly to crawl over.
did you have to remove the shock bolt and readjust that again, i seen everyone either take the bolt out and then lower or raise the car OR i’ve seen people lower or raise the car and then remove the bolt so the shock adjusts and then put the bolt back in, im so confused (1/2)
