I ran koni adjustable shocks coils and swaybars on my 76 Monty Carlo. Big old boat handled like a vet. Spendy suspension system but worth every penny back in the day

I got a set of konis for my 71. They were like hen's teeth to find and as you say not cheap. I also got a heavy duty ( empi) sway bar ar which makes the bus ride as if its on tracks. 😊

I run Konis on my ‘71 and they are the best. Have lasted 10 years.

They are the slightly more premium option versus KYB, but in my opinion they are well worth it

Thank you very much for sharing your video. I know that koni part # 80-2110 is for the front. What is the part # for the rear shock absorbers? Could you use the same ones on all four wheels? I want to install them on a 1970 vw bus

I had been looking in all the wrong places for the Koni 80-1967 rear shocks until you mentioned The Bus Depot , thank you very much . I didn’t think I’d ever find them , I am interested in a ball park price for the Subaru conversion you do please , Thanks Again

If you've played around with them how do you get them back to how they was to make sure there both on the same setting

Thomas, great question! On each shock, you can turn it in one direction (ie clockwise or counter-clockwise) until it stops. Then turn the opposite direction, counting the turns. Set them to the same - ie 1 turn out from clockwise for a medium-firm ride.
