@@MechAutoClinic yes, absolutely, that to will be done but I plan to do suspension adjustment to see how it syncs with my drive. It's important to feel the small changes and do things 1 by one.

Probably the saree gaurd is bent towards wheel side from bottom end at saree gaurd foot rest end. Since saree gaurd has foot rest which is generally used as a foot/body/lifter gets bend and then it starts touching the gas canister. All the foot rest are for resting not for lifting. Since the metal is not given as per that. So it bends. For this best solution is either remove the bend or replace the saree gaurd. If the motorcycle is classic then replace the whole left side mudguard stay. Thanks

@@MechAutoClinic i called the mechanic and he bend it more outwards... As it was touching only when my bike goes i to a barrier or road hole ... The spring bends and the canister touches one of the top rods of the saree guard

@@MechAutoClinic the mechanic said its leaking and needs to be changed but adjusting the saree guard would work....... Also my bike is 6 yrs old classic 350 hut only ridden 4500kms... I wonder should i change it springs or not

Hard suspension

when i used to ride in this situation. I used to ride max 80-100km and then gap..thus i did my almost 250-300 kms in a day. Gap was like 15-20mins I think. and max speed was not more than 50-70km/hr...after 2nd or 3rd service I started riding around that bike for little longer period. Thanks.

spring seat is very worst...if u want good quality stuff and stable seat which will also lower then better to go for custom seat...but if at all if u want to keep stock seat then foam shredding is the only one option...

Hello Tim, thanks for watching our videos and stay connected for latest update, Well in your case 62F means lower side temperature. but 15W50 will work over there without any issue. if at all temp drops drastically then you can go to 10W40...but make sure it is JASO complaint. Since you have mentioned here 5W50 so I am little worried about. Because I feel this is car engine oil with high friction busters. I feel this is not MA or MA2 complaint...

Nope. Spring will be there. Once u lift up the spring then the bottom gets free for easy rotation. But careful with it don't use bare fingers to do the job. One small mistake can lead to severe damage. Actually c spanners are there but in bullets it doesn't work. Due to hurdles of stays.

screw driver is the best tool...since the area is cozy so using special tool is not possible unless you remove the spare from the bike.

Let me know once you work on it with proper tool when the suspensions are in the bike. So i can buy it. Also please share the link of the site from where you got it, for the same once you use it. But please let me know after usage. Thanks for enlightenment. ✌👍🙏

i never said change the bush. first diagnose the issue and then rectify it. pin point is not swing arm bush. Just make the swing arm bolt loose and then check the bike by pressing from pillion seat side when the bike is not on main stand. if the sound disappears then swing arm bush but if it comes the suspension sound. so instead of changing the swing arm bush just make it loose. do not ride the bike in loose condition. and do not keep the bike on main stand when checking. also be careful while handling the bike since it is gonna be off the stand. waiting for your reply. thanks.

There are adjustable universal C spanners that will fit any type of notches including motorcycle stems.

you are right Marc...I have used it on other bikes but here in this case the adjusters are very deep. This trick I use only for particular brand not for all.
