Hello! Thank you for the video. I was looking at it because I was told the door closer spoiled. Which I got it a year ago. I have a side arm as well but the door doesn't "catch" on when open to the degree that it supposes to. So the door will not stay open. How annoying. Any idea why that happens and how to test to solve it?
