On my wright sentar 52 the procedure was to lower the deck all the way to a level surface aka garage floor then adjust. The deck is straight the cement is straight the spindles are straight. There is a way to release the adjusting handle all the way so deck contacts level surface.

Just got my intensity and realized the deck is all jacked. One thing you should check is look where the chains attach to the actual deck. There are two bolt holes. So that makes six actual points of adjustment not four. One side of my deck was in the lower chain bolt hole and the other side was on the upper hole. I still need to tweak things in the rear but I wanted to point that out as it was making absolutely no sense to me as the sides didn't match too.

Just bought a Wright 36I last December. After watching your video checked the deck height ant the back was about 3/4 “ high and right side was about 1/2 “ lower than the left. Wright needs to do a better job on quality control.

Hi I’m Jac I have a small 21 inch Lawnboy with a one side adjustment for the opposite side adjustment and have noticed the deck is lob sided, the lawns look uneven and I have come to the conclusion that the metal rod that connects to the opposite week has a twist in it just something you may be experiencing with the Wright mower. Perhaps you should take it to the dealership and have them check into that for you, good luck.

Your right something is not right maybe try new blades to measure maybe check front wheel bearings the spacing on mine is almost the same on those front adjustment brackets 👍
