Hi, thank you for enjoying the product! Could you please send pictures or a video of how you adjusted the tilting, and the model of your monitor to cs@mountup.com? We'd love to help you out!
@@URFATH3R yeah man out the monitor on first and it’ll be super easy I was just overthinking it Monitor on then just tighten it loosen it a couple times, enjoy!
Yes, this model offers cable management functionality, allowing you to neatly conceal the cables. It's important to consider the VESA hole pattern and weight of your TV. This mount is compatible with VESA hole patterns of 75x75mm and 100x100mm, with a weight capacity of up to 17.6 lbs. Please note that many TVs exceed this weight limit.
Hi there, please follow these steps to adjust the tilt of your monitor arm: Step 1: Loosen the tilting bolt by turning it counterclockwise (-) with the Allen key. Step 2: Hold the bottom of the monitor with one hand and adjust to determine the desired tilt angle. Step 3: Retighten the tilt bolts by turning clockwise (+) with the Allen key to secure the intended angle firmly. If it still doesn't help, please feel free to send your monitor parameters to cs@mountup.com and a video showing the problem is highly recommended.
the tightening bolt only rotates depending on the position of the monitor.. tightening it just makes my monitor lie on it back, as soon as i get it to the position i want it, it falls down

Is your arm a dual monitor arm? There's a bolt at each joint of the arm. Find out the loose joint and you can use the Allen key to tighten the bolt to see if it improves. If it doesn't help, please feel free to send your monitor parameters to cs@mountup.com. Videos are highly recommended.
my arm does not move up or down automatically and i don't know how to fix it, i have gone both ways with the tension, i have tried with the monitor on and off and i cant figure out how to do it.
Hi there, it's good when your arm does not move up or down automatically. When the tension is appropriate, the gas spring arm should stay still at whatever height you set the monitor. Hope my answer helps. Or if you have any other questions, please feel free to send your order number, and a video clip showing the status of the monitor arm to cs@mountup.com. Our customer service team will be happy to help you out😊
Have you installed the monitor on the Humanscale arm first to add some weight on it? Besides, its tension adjustment screw seems not to be the same place as ours. It's not necessary to pressure the arm horizontally first if the adjustment screw is not hidden.
Hi there, you can follow these steps: Step 1: Check and make sure the weight of your monitor meet the minimum weight that the mount can support. Step 2: Please hold the upper arm and press it down to maintain a horizontal position, and then you can see the adjustment screw at the joint. Step 3: Be sure to keep the arm in a horizontal position during adjustment. Use the Allen key to adjust the tension of the Upper Arm. Turn the inside screw clockwise (“-”direction) to decrease gas spring tension until the arm can stay as intended. Sometimes you will need to turn by many circles which may be 15 circles or more. If it still doesn't help, please feel free to send your monitor parameters to cs@mountup.com and a video showing the problem is highly recommended.
Bruh also received with arm locked at the highest position. The problem now is I can’t screw all the away without the Allen key hitting the arm it’s self. I’ve been turning the screws clockwise and nothings moving
