I can’t get my gas spring to go down at all bruh, mine is like way too high lmao but when I go and turn it clockwise while holding it down, it just goes right back up! Idk what to do lmao

It should work fine with a monitor as long as VESA patterns of 75x75mm & 100x100mm for mounting, others use TV not monitors on it just fine.

I just bought mine it feels like the height is stupid low. The max height is definitely a disappointment

I haven't had any issues with the stand tilting down and I've been using it daily for almost 4 months now. In all honesty if any stand tilts down the simple fix would be to just tighten the bolt behind the monitor.

Do you have the allen wrench tool to fit the socket that should have been included, or are you talking about the simple twist mechanism by hand for the clamp that attaches to the desk?
