Thank you for video. I put the glasses on before doing it and used a pencil to kinda mark the glasses behind my ear, to get a more precise spot to concentrate heat. I was surprised at how little heat time needed. Also when I was done heating and bending , glasses still warm, I put them on and squished it tighter to my liking.
For my issue the Bose frame tempo is hurt my face, it is too tight for me, when I tried the demo at the store, I really like it, and after I watched your video, I maybe make a decision again about buying and put the heat on it to bend the middle part of the glasses to let it fit well my face …

So i noticed you have what appears to be the alto pair. Correct me if i’m wrong but they’re made of that rubbery plastic material right? I have the tenor pair, which are made more of smooth hard plastic, and when i try this it feels like the plastic is still very rigid when i heat it up and i’m afraid to snap them. Do you have to bend it with a lot of force or does it sound like it isnt working
I have the Bose frames. They are hard plastic. In the video I only heat them up to where it is rigid. If you continue to keep heat on them they will become flexible and easy to manipulate. The more heat the less likely you are to snap them. Be careful, they can get extremely hot, so be aware. Best of luck
I agree. I was an optician back in the day. Unfortunately the local places were unwilling to adjust them due to the electronics in the stems. Opticians should be option number 1. I should have mentioned that in the video. Thanks for bringing that up.
@@yonbucher8364 i did end up getting them tightened and while they still slide down my face its only once every couple of minutes and they don't feel like they're going to fall off so it worked ou! Thanks for the video.
I had the alto large and they fit perfectly. But I just bought the tenor and I can't even fit them on my head. They hang 3" from my nose. Like wtf completely unusable. Even my gf with a tiny head can't fit them.
I’ve had the tenor frames for about a year. When I start sweating (or even look down) they start to fall off my nose, I constantly have to push it back up on my face. Extremely inconvenient for a pair of blu tooth shades. They also don’t get loud enough 😢
