is that 24 hrs/12 months a year allowable in the harbor? do they require you to wrap the boat in the winter and out the harbor during winter? or it stays there ?
I like the brother's story about the fire - i think the brother is a mix - i wish more brothers we speak up about how many whites also like our black brothers - i think it is a unique community
Typical rent for a 40 foot boat in the area can be around $800 a month, water and pump outs are usually included, power costs about three or four times electricity on land. Other costs are lower because you have room for less stuff. Maintenance costs are about like house maintenance costs. No yard work but tons of cleaning, mechanical maintenance and paint upkeep.
Hi Frank - fascinating....in D.C. I interned for my NJ Congressman, 1986. ..I went to beach-boys July 4 concert and got hit in my right eye by a fight that broke - Monday, my Representative calls me into office and, i swear, said, "don't call you mom about this and everyone will know you're with the Jersey delegation...." !! Thanks for response......di you live on a boat too?
@@FrankLadd I was told that there is no such thing as live aboard rentals...this is promising. I would like to do my due dilegence and try renting first. I live in DC.
@@simimi4851 Sorry I am not communicating this well. First you have to buy the boat. Then you have to rent the slip. $400 is just slip rent. And I've seen slips rent from $175 per month to more than $1500 a month on the East Coast.
