Jojo Hftf was released in 1999 and if you and at least one family member play it against each other, and they use any super shown to be punishable with Aja in the video, you could punish them with Aja. "Aja your family" is simply another way of saying hitting your family's character with Aja, while playing Jojo hftf against them. JoJo HftF might depict fictional events, but it really does exist as a playable digital game.
You can make the aja hit by doing Forward, Stand the opponent could fall down and then u could activate it i tried it well if ur lucky enough it will work
There are actually a lot more setups then the video shows, you can do dashing 3c on both joseph and cancel it into aja, if you time it right, it always hits
This was a really well done informative video! If I were to ever play HFTF, I'd keep this in mind! It's interesting that Joseph uses the Aja beam in so many games despite it not being canon. Here as an attack and J-Stars VS as his special attack
can you tell me how to roll around another character? i randomly do it in a battle and it would be super helpful if i knew how to do it without just spamming random buttons
Pressing all of the attack buttons (A,B,C) at the same time will let you roll. On the Fightcade emulator there's also a bind that acts as a 3-Button press in the inputs (3x Attack)
Yeah that was a palmod I made quite a long time ago when I just learned how to palmod, and to this day I still haven’t bothered to make it look better lol
I think the tandem thing doesnt work cause ur stand can't get ur hitbox close enough to Joseph for the attacks to start coming out. Thats why the last one hit, was cause the attack landed in the short window before the beam shoots.
Fun fact:If you are playing as Polnareff, just make sure you are near Joseph to stun this because even you are crouching, you will still get hit due to the tall hair.
when i saw the damage for it the first time i was like "cmon," like even massive hiro soccer guy, king of adding blalantly bad moves to characters in fighting games, wouldve been able to tell this moves sucks ass and is impossible to hit but at least when he made falcon punch he knew to at least make it kill at 30%, aja beam does less than a pot buster man wtf
Is this a ROM hack of some kind? I see vest Dio is playable here when that's normally not the case. Also I spy what seem to be the anime colors on Jotaro and Polnareff for example.
